backwards. think about it. if insurance companies are paying doctors and hospitals medicaid like rates, then specialists and doctors at top hospitals will simply refuse to participate. how do we give to an additional 40 million americans let alone pay for those additional 40 million without any plan at all to increase the number of doctors or any kind of incentives to get more people to go to medical school. the only way we the middle class again. mr. president you continue your pitch to them as recently as this week. >> for help to implement this law. i need your help to educate folks about this law. you need to keep knocking on doors and making phone calls and traveling all across your state.

there's a complete breakdown of trust between the american people and the federal government especially the agencies that are putting this together. he needs to do more in that respect. >> a lot of people are saying, should sebelius, the head of the health and human services, shouldn't she be fired? my question is, why should she be allowed to keep her job? what has she done to prove to the american people or the president that she is worthy of collecting a paycheck? >> listen, she should be fired. there has knotted been anybody fired that i am aware of after benghazi after the irs issue now this and other things as well. bottom line is you need to obviously -- it starts at the top. the trend starts at the top. when you are not going to hold anybody accountable for making mistakes and doing inappropriate things. i said this would be a train reck it would not be good for

policy that i had. i didn't really understand that it was basically -- i had to fend for myself or look for something else to replace it. >> have you been under going any treatment for your breast cancer? >> yes, i have been under continuous treatment since i was first diagnosed in december of 09. i had chemo twice already and possibly i am going to have it in the next two or three months. i have had radiation three times. i have had a heart attack, so -- >> maria that is tough. what are you going to do? >> a lot of the things that have been being recently i haven't had the opportunity to check on other policies, and i am getting concerned that i won't have the care that i need to live or to

survive. >> when you got the letter saying that your healthcare plan was being canceled as of what date? did they tell you? oo they stated i had until december 15th to switch our find another policy in order for it to be active or to not last for january 1st. >> december 15th, that's like four weeks. did you tall your insurance companies and ask them if they could help you find other insurance since you can't get on the web site, or have you tri tried>> i called them and they told me to look at the marketplace and to shop whether i wanted to stay with them or try out another policy or

>> the obama crowd refuses to even address the problem. with me homeland security committee member congressman pat knee an who joins us from philly. how big is the security risk for americans? >> great to be with you again. i think it is very significant. so much of what we have been discussing to this point has been the frustration people have had about getting on to the web site. once the information is compiled and there are literally millions of people that may be a part of this network there's huge concerns about the security of that information and personally identifying information intimate information about individuals that may be at risk. >> let me ask you this congressman. when i was da for identity theft we know the lastest growing crime in america it can bring down a business and bring down

government. but my question is this. if web a web site where there was no security blocking mechanism and it's an issue that hasn't been addressed what can you as a congressman do to help americans who put in social security numbers to find out what exchanges and what information is available to them? >> first we have to make sure the protections are in there that this system is secure. >> we already know that congressman don't we? >> we do know this. we need to make sure that it becomes a cure and that the testing that should have been done. we have answers about why it is there was a sign off on the part of the department of health and human services for this web site in violation of what the requirements are of the law in the form of them doing testing and then asserting this testing has been done appropriately.

issue inside and out. you or someone involved in cyber security, what needs to be done before this web site can go up so that americans can feel comfortable signing up? >> judge, the biggest issue i have with this is actually i found this document. this is one of the over site committee got it's a redacted copy of the daily activity reports the test plan. is there anything on here about security. >> this talks about where the system is going to bonk out at 1100 users. that is from september 30th. i went through this and looked at this. no place in here is security. i am not a politician. my thought is, if you got a bad foundation don't build your house on it. you got to rip it down, tear it down start all over again. you are going to put one sixth of our nation at risk. >> i am going to make it worse. if you have navigators with identity theft convictions if you have convicted felons who

this is the big problem. i mean isn't it interesting by the way, judge, that two groups of people we know are exempt from obamacare. members of congress who voted for it and the unions as chris said who are the foot soldiers who made it possible. to put it simply, we would not have had obamacare had it not been for the millions of dollars that the unions spent to impose this on the rest of us. we don't want to be a part of it. we want to be exempted. one more point. ten's of millions of americans are angry they are losing the insurance they have right now. the truth is 9 0e percent of americans have health insurance and the vast majority of us are pretty happy with what we have. that's the situation with the unions. they have gold plated plans the cadillac coverage. they don't want to give up that plan. i don't think they should have to.
